Award-winning academic conference venues in Leeds

ConferenceLeeds is celebrating the success of academic venues in the city, following the recent wins at the Academic Venue Awards 2017.

The ceremony, which took place in The Great Hall at Queen Mary University of London on the 22nd November, celebrated academic venues across the country and saw Leeds scoop four of the fourteen awards up for grabs;

• Best Training Venue for Well Met at Leeds Beckett University
• Best Accessibility for MEETinLEEDS
• Best Residential Venue for MEETinLEEDS
• Best Accommodation for the MEETinLEEDS

The city is home to four major universities; University of Leeds, Leeds Beckett University, Leeds Trinity University and Leeds Arts University, all of which offer excellent conferencing spaces and facilities. Each location can cater for thousands of delegates, with organisers able to add value by tapping into the expertise of leading professors and lecturers from a range of academic disciplines.
