About event:
The 8th International Conference on Concrete Repair, Technology and Durability will be taking place in Leeds from the 6th – 8th of September in 2021, after being brought to the city largely through the work of Professor Basheer at the University of Leeds. The event will take the format of presentations, technical sessions, keynote speeches and of course a series of networking events, all aimed to provide those working in the sector with learnings to take away.
About Muhammed:
With a Bachelors Degree and PHD in Civil Engineering and a Master Degree of Science in Engineering, Muhammed has been an Educationalist and researcher in the field of civil engineering for over 30 years.
Muhammed has been a lecturer on analysis, design and durability of concrete structures at UG and PG levels and his research work includes the development of new test techniques for measuring transport properties of concrete, the assessment of the effect of new materials and methods for improving the durability of concrete.
