About the event:
Victoria Weeks was instrumental in bringing the 45th European International Business Academy (EIBA) to Leeds for the very first time in 2019. The annual conference, which takes place in different cities around the world, focused on the ambitious theme of ‘International Business in a Confused World Order’ and welcomed over 550 IB scholars, practitioners, PhD students and industry experts from around the world, including Europe, Asia, North America, South America, India and Australia.
Addressing pressing global questions, this year’s conference theme was aimed at issues facing international business and international management in an era of socio-political turbulence. Delegates were offered the opportunity to share expertise, debate and investigate the lessons to be learned from the turbulent environment of the past several years within the business environment.
