There are a total of 10 complimentary options to choose from, including a cocktail party, room upgrades or high-speed internet and Marriott is offering delegates the opportunity to choose four of the benefits for every meeting and/or event booked at participating Marriott properties across Europe in conjunction with 10 or more room nights booked.

The launch of the benefits comes ahead of IMEX, the worldwide exhibition for incentive travel, meetings and events and the offer is available for new bookings made between April 19 and July 29 2016, and stays between May 1, 2016 and May 31, 2017.

MICE professionals booking a meeting or event with 10 rooms or more are eligible to enjoy the complimentary benefits across brands including JW Marriott, Autograph Collection Hotels, Renaissance Hotels, Marriott Hotels, AC Hotels, Courtyard by Marriott and Residence Inn.

• Complimentary guest rooms, 1 for every 20 paid rooms

• 5% rebate on the master account bill for the 2nd meeting

In developments to its MICE services, Marriott International recently launched its European Convention Network, a collection of 14 gold standard convention hotels with one dedicated contact person. A platform designed to provide a streamlined, cost effective and comprehensive service for all meeting planners organising regular annual or bi-annual meetings and events in different cities in Europe.

In addition, planners can use Meetings Imagined, a comprehensive platform offering a full suite of innovations and services, to coordinate and manage inspirational meetings and events at properties across brands in the Marriott International portfolio.

Those signed up to Marriott Rewards can earn Rewarding Events points for every event held with Marriott and make use of the award-winning programme’s benefits.
