Hotel Celebrates Hilton’s 100th Anniversary by Showcasing Company’s Impact on Hospitality Over the Decades

WHAT: Hilton Leeds City, part of Hilton Hotels & Resorts’ portfolio of hotels, is welcoming members of the local business community to celebrate Hilton’s centennial. Guests will enjoy a taste of Hilton “firsts” including the piña colada, red velvet cake, brownies and of course, the Waldorf salad, all developed by the leading hospitality company over the years. The celebration will include a casino theme, in honor of the former gambling hotspot located where Hilton Leeds City sits today, along with displays that highlight the innovations that Hilton has brought to the hospitality industry.
