THESTUDIO SENDS CONFERENCE GUESTS TO OUTER SPACE

We realise that in uncertain times even the smallest of events can be daunting to organise. We are here to support and guide, providing the solutions you need to plan a safe and successful event. Including the option of outside space in 3 of our locations.

Acknowledging the need to provide reassurance in these uncertain times, Leeds event venue thestudio has just launched its new 10 point Safe, Seamless and Successful guide to event planning with a comprehensive plan to delivering events safely and creatively once the city centre event venue is re-open for business.

The plan covers all aspects of the guest journey from arrival at the venue, through to their in-room experience.  This includes providing each guest with an individual sanitised desk space to call their own for the day. Many of the traditional studio touches will be retained with great food, cooked freshly on site and delivered as a new “grab and go” offer which will allow guests flexibility to eat safely at their desk or even in the venue’s outdoor spaces which will even be available for open air meetings. The Studio is also embracing the need to create flexible solutions for larger events including the option of “hybrid” events using the latest in video conferencing technology to allow guests to meet virtually where appropriate.

Speaking about the announcement and why it is so important to thestudio, Commercial Director Julian Kettleborough said:

“As an established  independent event venue with a reputation for our creative approach we wanted to be amongst the first UK venues to announce our re-opening plans. We have consulted with both our clients and industry experts in order to develop guidelines which address each of our needs, whilst ensuring the spirit of thestudio will remain at the heart of everything we do. We wanted to communicate this serious message in a typically creative way hence Outer Space seemed like a typically ground breaking headline for our innovative plans.
