With over 900 events under our belt, a knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful team at your disposal, state-of-the-art AV kit and superfast wifi, Open Innovations has everything you need for your perfect event from 1-150 people. Costs are inclusive for everything you need - wifi, AV kit, stationery, refreshments, staffing - no hidden extras and all profits go straight back into community open data projects. Local, sustainable catering and bean to cup coffee can be provided or there is a fantastic Cafe 164 and Sarto onsite. We are close to all transport links, there is bike parking inside and pay and display car parking just outside.

We take the healthy and safety of our guests very seriously. All of our spaces have been closed during the pandemic and ill only reopne when safe. Procedures will be in place adhereing to strict governments guidelines - regular and thorough deep cleaning, staff training, hand sanitiser in all room and on entry.exit, additional hand washing facilities, one way entry system, 2m distancing in place, reduced capacity for meeting room, additiona ventilation, one way entry system into the building, staggered entry times, disposable compostable single use cups and cutlery, flexible cancellation policy, AV kit for hybrid meetings, zoom meetings, vidoe conferencing - al our in place for safe meetings to take place.
