This is a breathtaking venue for receptions, banquets, business meetings and conferences of every size up to 1,000 people and is a premier location for exhibitions and product launches. Gallery entertainment includes a formal dinner in the 'Edwardian Gun Room', an Elizabethan banquet in the 'Tournament Gallery' or a themed dinner in the 'Oriental Dojo' where the staff will serve you dressed in traditional kimonos. The Bury Theatre is a newly refurbished purpose-built, self-contained lecture theatre on two levels. The gently sloping floor provides excellent sight lines to a fixed stage. The Theatre can comfortably accommodate from 80 to 250 delegates in comfortable cinema style seating. Royal Armouries International has achieved a Gold Standard of Green Business Tourism and Gold Award from Carlsberg UK (for their standards of beer quality) both of which are added to current accolades of being Gold Members of AIM and achieving Investors In People. The Royal Armouries Square, which is between the Museum and NEW DOCK Hall is available for hire. This hard standing space can be used independently or in conjunction with events at either or both venues, it is ideal for a large marquee or vehicle displays.

Royal Armouries host annual events for Candlelighters, the Teenage Cancer Trust Unit, the Children’s Heart Surgery Fund, Simon on the Streets, Little Hiccups and Victoria Eames' Kind Hearts Give Back ball in NEW DOCK Hall.
They have on-going money and food collections for St George’s Crypt with all the money from staff raffles & socials going to the Crypt.
NYE / Christmas tickets are given to a number of charities or Royal Armouries choose to sponsor an element of their event for example room hire or food costs.
These charities include;WAFL, the William Merrit Disabled Living Centre, St Gemma's Hospice, Wheatfields – Sue Ryder Hospice, The Yorkshire Indian Society, Richard Pyrah Benefit, Yorkshire Children of Courage, Lullaby Trust, Elliot's Footprint, Strata Homes and Radio Aires Cash for Kids
