St George’s Centre
St George’s Centre has rooms of various sizes which can accommodate between 2 and 150 people. The Function Room and Hemming Suite are suitable for larger conferences and receptions whilst our other spaces will suit training days, board meetings and breakout areas. All rooms are situated on the ground floor, providing excellent disabled access, as well as offering a built in hearing loop throughout the venue. Standard room hire includes hire of LCD projectors and screens with speakers with the option to hire out our high quality PA system. We also offer a selection of refreshment and catering options ranging from £6-£12 per person, all served by our fantastic hospitality team. Venue Safety Policy
St George’s Centre is proud to recommend Nurture, a not-for-profit catering division of St George’s Crypt. The Crypt has been supporting, housing and feeding the homeless and disadvantaged in Leeds for 90 years. ?Nurture Catering engages with the clients of the Crypt by providing training opportunities to those wanting to gain experience and new skills. This enables them to enter the workplace at their own pace once their confidence and skills are built to a level they feel allows them to go into mainstream work. We are also able to prevent food wastage by serving any buffet leftovers at the daily evening meal for the homeless.
At St George's, we are on a journey of learning about the climate emergency and taking action as a charity and as individuals in various practical ways.
