Here at The Terrace, we like to make things easy for our guests. Our aim is to provide a quality experience from the customer service you receive, facilities on offer and the surroundings in which your event is held. We only offer all inclusive rates which means you won't be surprised by any extra charges after your event takes place. We provide bean to cup coffee, a range of speciality teas, a variety of chilled soft drinks, fresh fruit and biscuits which is all available in our stylish breakout lounge. The Terrace comprises of four meeting and conference rooms accommodating up to 84 guests. We are also equipped with movable walls so that an event space can easily be created which is suitable for up to 150 guests. Our rooftop terrace is the perfect setting for a summer BBQ with a difference and boasts amazing views of Wellington Place. All our rooms have lots of natural daylight through floor to ceiling windows, super fast Wi-Fi, a variety of AV facilities, and much more!

Updated Policy for bookings from 16.03.2020

(This clause has been created in response to government advice given on 16.03.2020)

Cancellations must be sent in writing to [email protected]

7 working days’ notice or less – 1 free of charge change of booking date in 2020, subject to availability. A hold deposit charge will be required to the sum of 50% of your original booking at the time of cancellation. This payment will be deducted from the total room charge for your re-scheduled booking.

Until further notice we will amend our cancellation policy, to only charge
where cancellations have been made within 48 hours of the meeting start
time:
48 hours' (2 working days) notice - 50% room charges payable
24 hours' (1 working day) notice or less - 100% room charges payable

100% of catering charges will apply to cancellations made 48 hours (2 working days) or less prior to your booking.

Here at The Terrace the safety and comfort of our guests and staff is paramount. We have implemented some new measures to ensure your guests can enjoy their time at The Terrace whilst feeling safe and at ease. We have conducted a thorough risk assessment and consquently been awarded Visit Britain's new "Good To Go" industry standard.

We have reviewed our maximum capacities in each room to ensure guests can adhere to social distancing best practises. Each work station is provided with a water glass, mug, biscuits and a notepad and can be replenished upon request as many times as you like. We have adjusted the air flow system to stop recirculation and utilise maximum fresh air. We will also open The Terrace up as much as possible to provide more fresh air

Sanitising stations have been created around the venue as well as in each of our rooms. We have also displayed visual reminders of social distancing best practises as well as a one way system around the venue.

We have always took pride in the quality of our cleaning regime and employ a professional company to ensure the most thorough cleanin practises on daily basis. We have increased the frequency of our cleaning procedures throughout the day, with special care being taken at high frequency touch points. Anti-bacterial wipes are also available to our guests should they wish to use them.

Our catering team have created a specially designed menu consitsting of a variety of delicious and well balanced individually packaged meals. We are able to cater to all dietary requirements and catering for breakfast, lunch and light bites/snacks.

We have also extended our offering and made outdoor seating available to book, so that guests can benefit from our all-inclusive offering whilst woking in the great outdoors. All of our bookins benefit from access to the rooftop terrace as standard.
