Reason for nomination: Claire has been part of the main core team since day one and has put her heart and soul into everything she has done since COVID-19 arrived. Claire has single-handedly managed all the bedroom and meeting rooms for the last 10 months.
Like many businesses, they had to regrettably lose members of the team as a result of the pandemic, and Claire had to have difficult conversations amid redundancy processes within her team. But she has been unstoppable and has covered everything from Front Office, Food and Beverage, Operations and Duty Manager Shifts all whilst fulfilling her own role. The Crowne Plaza Leeds would not be where it is today, without Claire – the team love and value her enormously.
