You may have seen in the national press that HRH Prince Harry visited Leeds last week. He attended the Leeds Fund event at Aspire on Thursday 6th of July 2017. The event was put together by the Leeds Community Foundation, and hosted by Aspire, to raise awareness of mental health within young people.
The event attracted over 200 attendees who were invited to listen to the prince, who is an ambassador for mental health, discussing how we can encourage happy young minds. The Prince was greeted outside Aspire by a 300-strong crowd looking to get a glimpse and a photograph of HRH.
The visit allowed Aspire to show off the premier event space and unique Banking Hall to the world’s media, showcasing itself as one of Leeds finest venues.
