Conference Leeds, the conferencing bureau for the city of Leeds, is shining a light on 24 of its venues as they achieved an assurance of excellence after securing accreditation from the Meetings Industry Association (mia).

The accreditation, AIM Secure, provides a clear indicator of a venues service levels, adherence to health and safety and its commitment to responsible practices. In an increasingly complex, dynamic and global marketplace, an accreditation increases consumer confidence and builds trust in the quality of products and services. Corporate and association buyers have become liability conscious and risk averse, so it is essential that venues offer reassurance through documentation and accreditations to give them peace of mind.

To make it easier for conference organisers to find out more about accredited venues, Conference Leeds has implemented a brand new search function to its website which allows users to search for AIM Secure venues through its venue search functionality and interactive map asset.
