What should I expect when I visit?

The experience may look a little different in this new normal, but we hope it will feel the same; ultimately, it is still our people caring for you and delivering the same attention to detail and personalised service that you are used to at Rogerthorpe Manor.

We want to reassure you that we've put measures in place to keep you and our teams safe so that you can confidently enjoy a stay with us.

We firmly believe this needs to be a joint effort, so we ask you to please play your part in keeping everyone safe. In return we will be doing the same for you.

We have our Covid accreditation “We’re good to go” from Visit Britain and we will ensure your stay is as relaxed as possible with safety yours and our priority.

From grab and go breakfast options, to new house keeping rules, and from touchless practises to social distancing signage, we’ve got everything covered. Our 5 main areas of requirements and recommendations are all part of an industry leading accreditation scheme and are developed to reassure both guests and our hotels.

1. Arrivals & Departures: Limited contact check in and out, with pre arrival emails, detailing all aspects fo your stay. You can even order your room service through WhatsApp for business.
2. Temporary F&B Standards: Grab and Go style breakfast or traditional room service
3. Guestroom Amenties: Rooms will be deep cleaned after every use
4. Lobby & Public spaces: Areas will be re-configured for social distancing
5. Employee Safety Standards:Plexiglass screens will be at reception and sanitisation stations, around the hotel.
